Our 600,000 t/y Catalytic Cracking Plant adopts a process technical solution of producing more gasoline and less liquefied petroleum gas with atmospheric residue or vacuum residue as processing materials. A cracking reaction is carried out to the raw oil under the action of hot catalyst for transforming it to be cracked gas, gasoline and diesel oil. For improving the target product yield, the plant adopts a novel material atomizing and spraying technology, a layered feeding technology, a terminator technology, as well as a fast separation unit at the exit of a lifting tube, so as to conveniently reduce secondary cracking and improve product distribution.
For ensuring the safe operation, an interlocking automatic protective system is arranged for real-time monitoring large machine sets, key plants and key process parameters.
