This plant is designed by authorizing Cooec-Enpal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. by adopting the latest RSDS-II patent technology developed by SINOPEC CORP. Research Institute of Petroleum Processing; the plant comprises a 250,000 tons/year gasoline selective hydrogenation and a desulphurization plant and a 600 nm3/h hydrogen producing plant.
 With dry gas generated by our catalyzing plant as the raw material, the hydrogen producing plant produces high-purity hydrogen by a PSA purifying process to provide a hydrogen source for the hydrodesulphurisation of catalytically cracked gasoline, as well as produce refined gasoline with low sulphur content by hydrorefining.
