This 1 mt/y Gasoline and Diesel Oil Hydrorefining Plant and its matched 20,000 Nm3/h Hydrogen-Producing Plant of our company are designed by Cooec-Enpal Engineering Co., Ltd; a distributed control system (DCS) and an emergency stopping and safety interlocking system (ESD&SIS) with a redundancy fault-tolerant function are adopted to achieve pre-alarm and alarm for accidents and interlocking shutdown, thereby achieving the current advanced automatic control of the plants of the same type at home and abroad.
 With self-produced refinery gas and natural gas as raw materials, the hydrogen-producing part produces industrial hydrogen by light hydrocarbon stream transforming technology and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) purifying technology, as well as domestic conversion catalyst, so as to provide a hydrogen source for the Hydrorefining Plant. With the coked gasoline, straight-run diesel oil and coked diesel oil as materials, the hydrorefining part adopts domestic catalyst to produce gasoline and low-sulphur diesel oil.
