The 20,000 t/y Sulphur Recycling Plant is an environment-friendly project designed by Cooec-Enpal Engineering Co., Ltd. authorized by our Company, mainly boasting a sulphur recycling plant, an acid water-gas stripping plant and a solvent concentration and regeneration plant. Through this project, acid water and acid gas generated in the whole plant are treated in a centralized manner so as to reduce environment pollution and achieve benefits for the community.
 This plant comprises a sulphur preparation part and a tail gas treatment part, and annularly produces 20,000 tons of sulphur by adopting the two-stage conversion of Claus-process sulphur recycling process and Scott tail gas treatment process; the acid water-gas stripping plant annually produces 0.4 million  tons of pure water by adopting a mono-tower compression lateral extraction stripping process; and the solvent regenerating plant regenerates 1.2 million tons of desulphurized solution by adopting a mature and normal low-pressure steam stripping regeneration process.
