The sewage treatment system of our Company adopts three-stage flow including the first-stage physical treatment, the second-stage biochemical treatment and the third-stage deep treatment. The process for the sewage treatment system mainly involves grids, a regulating tank, an oil separation tank, a gas flotation tank, a biochemical tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a mixing sedimentation tank, a walnut shell filter, an active carbon filter, a fiber ball filter and the like. An oil removing unit adopts inclined plate type oil separation and coagulation gas-flotation; the desulphurization unit adopts pre-aeration to remove sulphide in the water; the treatment unit for CODcr and NH3-N adopts A/O/O process; an anaerobic zone adopts hydrolytic acidification to simultaneously achieve nitration and denitrification; The two-stage aerobic section integrates a biological oxidation contract process and an active sludge process. The deep treatment unit adopts a deep treatment process of filtration and active carbon adsorption. The sewage water can be discharged with the standard level after the treatment which takes the lead in the sewage treatment projects of the similar domestic enterprises.
