With a processing capacity of 200,000 t/y, the non-hydrogen upgrading plant for C4 and naphtha is designed by Cooec-Enpal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. with the technical core of naometer molecular sieve novel catalyst ZSM-5 which is developed by Nanjing Boming Technology Co., Ltd. The high pressure process BM-forming process technical solution and a fixed bed non-hydrogenation catalyzing process are adopted in the plant so as to catalyze and crack the naphtha and gasoline ether of a certain proportion to be liquefied gas; and proper amount of catalyzing dry gas is added as the material, so that octane &#118alue of the gasoline is improved by C4 olefin superimposition and dehydrocyclization, as well as such complex reactions as selective pyrolysis, oligomerization, cyclization and dehydrogenation of distilled gasoline.
